Hi. My name is Georgia Le Voi and I work as a Personal Trainer at Goodlife, Mount Gravatt.
I am originally from England and came over to Australia for a visit but was won over by the Aussie lifestyle and of course, the sun!!
I have always had a passion for health and fitness which I have my parents to thank for, for drilling a good diet into me and dragging me out on long runs and mountain climbs from a very young age.
My main achievements in life would be running a half marathon, trekking the Himalayas of India, and climbing the 3 largest peaks of the Lake District within 24 hours.
I specialise in Functional Training as I believe it is so important to train the body in a way that involves the movements of every day life. I also specialise in Weight Management, Circuit Training and Weightlifting. I always make my sessions specific to you and your body as well as making them as enjoyable as possible.
